Harmoni supplies GAP certified fresh ginger and certified organic fresh ginger. We comply with FDA & USDA government regulations closely on pesticide residue and sanitation requirement. We only use selected region of soil in China that is certified and approved to meet the standard for ginger farming. The whole process from field, storage to production was monitored by our QA resource in China. Every shipment was tested 200+ pesticide residues by authorized 3rd party lab to verify the compliance before shipping. Test report and specification is available to review upon request.
